Payments: What happens if I don't get back to PSD or give them a price for an item they requested the price for?

If PSD are not able to get the price for an item they are paying (from the pricing file, the dm+d or elsewhere) they may contact the pharmacy to ask for the price.  If you are unable to confirm the price for them, they will defer the item into the next month's processing.  If PSD then contact you again and there is no price given, the item will be rejected and nothing will be paid.

It is also possible to contact PSD by email to confirm the price if they have been in touch to request it.  We are awaiting a list of up to date contacts which we will post here to allow you to do this.
