Should I get rid of my CPUS forms?

No. We have come across a few situations where UCF (Universal Claim Framework) cannot be used, so there are certain circumstances under which the CPUS form should still be used. For example, the EHC service does not stipulate that the patient needs to be registered with a Scottish GP. However, a patient cannot have a CHI number if they are not registered and UCF will not allow a claim to be made at present. It would be appropriate to use a CPUS form to claim remuneration in this instance.
